Top 5 News and Magazines Apps Performance in Estonia, Q2 2024

In the second quarter of 2024, the top five News and Magazines apps in Estonia showcased diverse performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Postimees experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter at 236 downloads, it saw a slight decline to 177 by late April. However, May brought a resurgence, peaking again at 236 downloads and stabilizing around 180-208 downloads towards the end of June.

ERR demonstrated a more dynamic download pattern. Initial weekly downloads were around 154-190 in early April, with a significant spike to 269 downloads in early May. The app ended June with a peak of 315 downloads, indicating strong user interest towards the quarter's end.

Delfi.ee maintained a steady download performance throughout the quarter. Starting at 204 downloads, the app saw minor fluctuations but ended on a high note with 235 downloads in the last week of June.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar had a modest but consistent presence in Estonia. Weekly downloads gradually increased from 32 in early April to 54 by the end of June, indicating a slow but steady growth.

ETV saw significant growth in downloads. Starting with minimal downloads in early April, the app's downloads surged to 138 in early May. This upward trend continued, reaching a peak of 114 in mid-June and ending the quarter with 95 downloads.
